OUR INITIATIVE

IMC set out in 2010 to integrate our hospital and home care medical practice for the sickest patients by using the latest advances in remote patient monitoring (RPM) technology and web-based information sharing.
 
At IMC we believe that centralized access to patient data from other specialists, hospitals, outpatient facilities, and remote patient monitoring devices give us unparalleled opportunity to  improve post-acute and chronic care for patients for whom traveling to doctor appointments is extremely burdensome physically. 
  
As we develop partnerships with third-party payers and device suppliers essential to the development of our remote patient monitoring capabilities, we will be able to improve delivery of integrated healthcare services and reduce cost of managing chronic illnesses,  mortality, life-disrupting ER visits and hospitalizations.
